REGULATIONS FOR RECREATIONAL EVENT
Open Day Kettlebell on March 15, 2025, organized at MoveTeam Gym – “6th September” Blvd. №252, 4006 Eastern Industrial Zone, Plovdiv, Bulgaria
The following is stipulated:
I. Organizer
- The event is organized by ANDŻELIKA STEFAŃSKA-KOWALIK TIGER-ZONE, Tax Nr 7742694243, Poland, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Krakow District, Krakow Municipality, Krakow, Osiedle Złota Podkowa, No. 21, Unit 1, 31-352 – operating under the aegis of StrongFirst Inc. based in the USA.
- The organizer reserves the right to: a. Deny entry for safety reasons. b. Prevent bringing dangerous items, alcohol, or personal training equipment to the event. c. Request participants to leave the event area for safety reasons. d. Cancel or postpone the event due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control. e. Amend the regulations until the event start date. f. Seek claims for any damages caused by participants, including damage to the organizer’s reputation.
II. The Organizer Ensures
a. Basic medical care during the event.
b. Access to changing rooms equipped with toilets and showers.
c. Participants are responsible for their own insurance; the organizer does not insure participants.
d. Participation in the event is free of charge.
III. Interpretation of the Above Regulations
The interpretation of these regulations (including matters not covered) falls to the organizers.
The organizer is the data controller of the participants’ personal data, according to the definition in Article 4 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679, dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning personal data processing and on the free movement of such data. Participants can seek further information or address requests concerning the processing of their personal data through the email address: andzelika.stefanska@gmail.com.
Personal data will not be used for profiling or making automated decisions.
Section I
A. Scope of Application
§1
The “Recreational Event Regulations” are introduced for the StrongFirst OPEN DAY on March 15, 2025, held at MoveTeam Gym – “6th September” Blvd. №252, 4006 Eastern Industrial Zone, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the regulations.
- The regulations apply to the aforementioned recreational event, referred to as the event.
- The regulations define the conditions of participation and behavior guidelines for attendees, referred to as event participants, including organizational rules governing:
- Admission to the event
- Participant obligations
- Prohibitions participants must comply with
- Rights of participants
- Responsibility for actions contrary to the legal order and these regulations.
- All event participants must comply with the regulations.
- Provisions in the regulations do not infringe higher regulatory provisions.
6.The event aims to promote physical activity, lifelong physical engagement, particularly the philosophy, principles, and techniques of Kettlebell training, and to promote the organizer’s business and licensor StrongFirst Inc. in the USA.
B. Participant Registration
- Participation requires prior registration via the website www.strongfirst.bg. Registration is valid if all required fields in the organizer’s questionnaire are completed. The number of participants is limited to 100, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Up to 7 days before the event, the organizer will confirm attendance with those who registered, and registered individuals must confirm participation as specified.
Section II
Admission to the Event
§2
Admission to the event is free of charge.
- Entry and continued presence at the event are at the organizer’s discretion, exercised through designated helpers.
- Participants must wear visible identification indicating their training level.
- Participants must wear non-restrictive sports attire ensuring safety for themselves and others.
- Participants must adhere to the venue’s regulations.
§3
Only individuals over 18 can participate and must:

- Be sober
- Not be under the influence of intoxicants or psychotropics
- Not violate laws or venue/event regulations
- Carry identification
- Be accompanied by an adult if under 18, with the organizer’s consent.
- Participants travel at their own expense.
- The organizer is not responsible for lost or left belongings.
Section III
Responsibilities of Event Participants
§ 4
Event participants must:
- Behave in accordance with the principles of social coexistence, not endangering the safety of others present at the event, by adhering to the object and sports event regulations.
- Comply with the orders and instructions of the event organizers’ trainers and security staff, and the event announcer, and, in the event of intervention by Police, the State Fire Service, Border Guard, Military Police, or employees of other authorized services and bodies, to follow their instructions.
- Train in designated areas, using the equipment provided, caring for the equipment and infrastructure, and returning all borrowed equipment in the condition it was received.
- Participate in the event consciously, refraining from training if they have had an injury or illness within 60 days prior to the event that could potentially worsen due to strength training.
- Confirm in the registration form their health statement: “I declare that I am healthy and can participate in the sports event and weight training, with no contraindications to sports training.”
- Consent in the registration form to the use of their image recorded during the event for the purpose of informing about the organizer’s activities, popularizing those activities, and promoting sports, including Kettlebell – with the statement: “I agree to the unlimited use of my image in photograph or film format by the Organizer of the event: ANDŻELIKA STEFAŃSKA-KOWALIK TIGER-ZONE, Tax Nr 7742694243, Poland, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Krakow District, Krakow Municipality, Krakow, Os. Osiedle Złota Podkowa, No. 21, Unit 1, 31-352, acting under the aegis of StrongFirst Inc. based in the USA, also for the needs of StrongFirst Inc. based in the USA, for the purpose of the event, i.e., the promotion and dissemination of physical activity, implementing lifelong physical activity, especially the promotion of the ideas, principles, and techniques of Kettlebell training. The event also aims to promote the Organizer’s business and the licensor StrongFirst Inc. based in the USA.”
Section IV
Prohibitions Participants Must Respect
§5
- It is forbidden to bring or possess at the event:
- Dangerous items, particularly:
- Weapons, including firearms, bladed, pneumatic, gas, and others, even if the person is allowed to possess them. This does not apply to Police and other authorized services and bodies while performing their duties.
- Explosive materials.
- Containers for spraying gas, corrosive, or staining substances.
- Various types of knives, batons (including those used in sports), sticks, and rods, metal objects (particularly tubes, screws, nails, bearing elements, etc.), and other items whose possession is not prohibited but by their nature may be used unlawfully, e.g., flag and banner poles, umbrellas, etc.
- Pyrotechnics, including fireworks, flares, and any potentially flammable materials.
- Laser devices.
- Items that can be used to:
- Change a person’s appearance, thus preventing or complicating their identification.
- Produce disproportionate noise, especially mechanical instruments.
- Substances and beverages; intoxicants, psychotropic substances, and others acting similarly.
- Dangerous items, particularly:
- Participants at the event are prohibited from:
- Using offensive language and displaying obscene, vulgar, or racist slogans.
- Inciting disputes, including those based on nationality, religion, or social factors.
- Throwing objects.
- Consuming intoxicants or psychotropic substances.
- Lighting and maintaining fires.
- Igniting fireworks or pyrotechnics, etc.
- Relieving themselves outside designated restrooms.
- Littering the recreational event area.
- Destroying the event’s infrastructure.
- Occupying areas near evacuation routes.
- Bringing or introducing animals to the event area is prohibited.
- Entry and stay at the event are denied to those who:
- Do not comply with the rules issued based on facility or event regulations.
- Are visibly under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, psychotropic substances, or similar.
- Are under 18 years old without registration, Organizer’s consent, and supervision by an adult guardian.
- Act aggressively, provocatively, or in any way that threatens the security or order of the event.
- Are unidentifiable or difficult to identify due to appearance or behavior.
5. Event participants are prohibited from entering areas not designated for the public, especially backstage and other areas accessible only to the Organizer, his representatives, and specialized services.
Section V
Participant Rights at the Event
§6
- A participant has the right to:
- Be present in the event area for its duration, from the moment it is opened by the organizer until the event ends.
- Participate freely in the event, subject only to the need to comply with generally applicable legal regulations, principles of social coexistence, and these regulations.
- Use the facilities, including sanitary facilities, which are made available for general use, in a manner consistent with their intended purpose.
- Receive first aid if necessary.
- An event participant is entitled to:
- Report any damages incurred during and at the venue to the organizer’s representatives, such as the safety officer.
- File complaints.
Section VI
Final Provisions
§7
- Entering the event area constitutes consent to the use of one’s image in connection with the production, presentation, advertisement, or use of any film, video, and audio recordings of the event and/or any element of the event presented in media broadcasts worldwide.
- Commercial, gastronomic, service, and artistic activities, including broadcasts, radio and TV recordings, filming, and photography at the event, may occur only with the written consent of the event organizer.
- Persons violating applicable law, including the provisions of these regulations, are subject to apprehension and immediate handover to the Police for accountability purposes.
§8
- The event may be recorded by the organizer using audio and video recording devices.
- 2.Unused recordings of the event for its purposes will be stored for three months after the event’s end, after which they will be destroyed, and a protocol will be made.
