Strength is a choice you can make at any stage in your life. I assist individuals who have placed their physical fitness on the back burner in pursuit of their careers, and who now want to prioritize their health, enhance their physique, and regain confidence, attractiveness, and energy, even if they feel too weak for kettlebell training. Strength and mobility extend youthfulness and provide independence.
I specialize in strength and endurance training using kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight, as well as improving joint mobility and increasing muscle flexibility without losing strength. In my coaching, I combine the philosophy of traditional Kung Fu martial arts with StrongFirst strength training and the Flexible Steel system. As a Medical Trainer/Movement Therapist (one-year Blackroll® Therapy training), I help people with pain after injuries return to physical activity and regain strength. Training and movement without pain are possible!


I manage the IRBIS Sports Center and Martial Arts School in Krakow and am the founder and head coach of the Kettlebell Center Krakow. I regularly train instructors in Poland and abroad for certifications, including in the USA, France, China, England, South Korea, Spain, Greece, Taiwan, Italy, and Germany. I periodically organize the largest kettlebell event in Poland, the StrongFirst OPEN DAY, which attracts teachers, instructors, and Hardstyle Kettlebell enthusiasts from around the world.

1. Creating an Individual Training Plan


In the first month, Andżelika will develop a plan for your set goal and modify it, based on feedback and analysis of the training journal.
The plan will allow you to achieve desired results within an optimal and safe timeframe

2. Continuous Coaching Support


Progress monitoring involves checking your training journal and providing technical guidance based on submitted materials (your training videos). Weekly communication means four contacts per month with Andżelika to summarize the week and make necessary adjustments.

3. Plan Modifications


Over time, the plan evolves to push your strength and ability boundaries to higher levels. Andżelika ensures that the difficulty scale grows with your strength and skills, ensuring continual development and progress.
