I focus on movement quality, technical proficiency, and long-term movement habits. I work with training enthusiasts and instructors looking to refine their skills.

Being part of StrongFirst is both an honor and a responsibility – to uphold its principles, maintain high knowledge standards, and inspire others to strive for strength and quality in movement.”

I want to make you aware of how important strength is in the life of every athlete, as well as for those not involved in sports. As the saying goes, ‘You can be anything you want, but first, be strong.’ As a martial arts competitor, I know that strength is fundamental to most sports disciplines, and StrongFirst training methods teach how to develop this valuable skill in a simple way. I will gladly share my knowledge and experience with you.

Mateusz Masłyk 🇵🇱

“I have helped athletes of many disciplines win medals in the national arena and achieve world-class sporting challenges. The foundation of my work is to make students aware of the role and impact of strength on their quality of life and sports performance. I believe that to lift a lot you have to lift a long time. To lift a lot you have to lift well.”

Matthew Hannigan 🇬🇧

StrongFirst Certified SFG1 Instructor since 2016 with over 20 years experience using kettlebells and 10 years as a sports and strength coach.

„I believe Strength is a purpose, a goal, and a journey. No-one has ever complained about being too strong, and so strength represents one of the ultimate pinnacles of human existence. The world becomes a better place every time someone learns the correct way to apply kettlebell use and instruction, and so, take their destiny in their hands and write their own story of Strength and success.”
