SFL StrongFirst Barbell Instructor Certification
At our School of Strength we take barbell lifts apart and put them back together strong. We have seamlessly integrated biomechanical breakthroughs from Russian sports labs, intuitive discoveries of the finest coaches and lifters around the world, and insights from medical professionals. As a result, our cues and progressions lead the industry, and the learning curve of our students is the steepest.

Beast Tamer and Iron Maiden Challenge
Many strong people are able to complete one of the events. Some can do two. But the ability to do all three is rare, as the three lifts favor different body types. A man or woman who has completed the challenge is one dangerous individual.
Beast Tamer & Iron Maiden Challenge
Free
- The three events are a strict MILITARY PRESS, a strict TACTICAL PULLUP, and a PISTOL.
- Men lift a 48kg kettlebell to become BEAST TAMERS.
- Women earn their IRON MAIDEN title with a 24kg kettlebell.
- Open to current StrongFirst Certified Instructors who wish to attempt the challenge. Please register so we know to expect you.
- Attending the Cert weekend, no need to complete this as you'll be asked during registration.
STAY SHARP. STAY STRONGFIRST CERTIFIED.
Take advantage of the Unified Recertification and renew your current instructor credentials—included with your registration.
Testing will be completed during the weekend.
